From our beginnings as a small home builder, we’ve focused on thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and working closely with each homeowner to create spaces that truly reflect their vision and lifestyle.
Our process begins with smart planning—making the most of the site by preserving natural features, maximizing sunlight, and designing for long-term efficiency. We believe great homes don’t need to be large or extravagant; with creativity and care, even modest homes can be unique and beautiful.
During construction, we use durable materials and experienced crews, drawing on a range of techniques including conventional framing, timber construction, SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels), and reclaimed materials. With an emphasis on craftsmanship and sustainability, we build homes that are not only built to last—but also lighter on the environment and deeply rooted in the local community.
Custom Homes
Our focus and expertise extends to energy efficient construction and design. Building with energy efficiency in mind helps to both reduce energy bills in conditioning a home, but also increases comfort. Energy efficient construction can be as simple as a well sealed and insulated home, or can incorporate more advanced concepts such as passive solar design. A highly efficient home will take methods and design both simple and complex.
Since 2007, we’ve been providing solar site assessments and installing photovoltaic (PV) systems throughout the Bloomington area. We believe a sustainable future depends on reducing our reliance on fossil fuels—and solar energy plays a critical role in that shift. Solar panels offer homeowners a clean, renewable source of power while lowering long-term energy costs and increasing energy independence.
